Our vision is to contribute to a beverage manufacturing world that is more convenient and sustainable. We aim to do this through our mission in producing 2-piece sports closures that not only set the benchmark in terms of quality but are also 100% recyclable.
Stemming from our commitment to providing top-of-the-line 2-piece sports closures to the beverage market, we have engaged in a technological partnership with global machine manufacturers, SACMI. Supplying technology and machines since 1919, SACMI have invested heavily in research and development, allowing us to have conviction in the high standards we set for ourselves. A key component on our production line are our computer vision systems (CVS), which provide us with market-leading quality control systems, therefore further enabling us to be confident that every cap produced will adhere to the high standards we set for ourselves.
We also partner with raw material suppliers that have global reach in research and development, continuously improving upon technologies so that we are better able to offer the beverage industry more sustainable closures.
We believe in working together with our clients to truly grasp their individual requirements. We understand that each client has unique needs, and we pride ourselves in working together to make sure those needs are satisfied.
Founders Note
Having been in the beverage manufacturing industry for 18 years, it is one that I am no stranger to. Through my experience and understanding of the market, I saw an opportunity to be the first manufacturer of two-piece sports closures in South Africa. With the aim of providing sports closures that set the benchmark for the market, embarking on this journey for me meant that if we could not use industry-leading technology to produce the closures, I would not embark on it at all. This is why our relationship with SACMI is so important to us. Investing in the right technology means that we can offer the African beverage market consistent quality. In addition to this, sustainability is something that has always been important to me, and having our closures be 100% recyclable was the only way I would allow us to supply them to the market.
I truly believe EcoWrap will play a significant role in enabling the beverage market to become more sustainable and convenient far into the future.
